Sci-athonU
Sci-athonU is an undergraduate competition that encourages students to propose a novel idea with the help and guidance of a graduate mentor. Teams work with a graduate mentor to create a 7 min presentation that is evaluated on feasibility, how compelling the presentation is, and teamwork and collaboration.
Goals:
- Increasing confidence in early career scientists
- Exposure to different disciplines
- Building skills in collaboration and teamwork
- Networking with graduate students and faculty
